We collect information in two ways: what you choose to give us through the enquiry form, and what your browser sends automatically while you use the site.

• Enquiry details — name, company (optional), email address, phone number, the type of enquiry you select, and the message you write, submitted through the enquiry form.
• Enquiry context — the page and product you were viewing when you submitted the form, recorded automatically so our sales team understands what the enquiry relates to.
• Technical data — your IP address, browser and device type, and general usage data such as pages viewed, collected automatically by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare. Our site also includes Google Analytics tracking code, though our current site security policy may prevent that script from actually loading in your browser — see Third-Party Services below.

We use enquiry details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quotation. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We use technical data to keep the site secure, understand which pages are useful to visitors, and diagnose problems. It is used in aggregate — we do not build individual visitor profiles from it.

We keep this list to the services that actually run on this site — nothing is engaged that isn't listed here.

• Resend — delivers your enquiry as an email to our sales inbox. Resend processes the message content and your contact details solely to send that email.
• Cloudflare — our hosting, content delivery and security provider. Cloudflare handles every request to this site, and also provides Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that an enquiry submission is from a person rather than a bot, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregate traffic.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — our website includes Google Analytics tracking code intended to measure how visitors use the site in aggregate. Our current browser security policy (Content Security Policy) does not allow the Google Analytics script to load, so it is unlikely to actually be collecting data on this site at this time, even though the code is present.

Google Analytics tracking code is present on this site and, in normal use, would set cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure usage — but our current site security policy blocks that script from loading, so at this time it does not run and does not set cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is built to measure traffic without cookies, and does run on every page. Cloudflare Turnstile, used on the enquiry form, may use cookies or similar technology as part of verifying that a submission is genuine.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics using your data. Blocking cookies will not stop you browsing the site or submitting an enquiry.

The fonts on this site are hosted by us rather than loaded from Google's servers, so visiting this site does not send any data to Google for the purpose of displaying fonts.

This site is served entirely over HTTPS, and we apply a Content Security Policy and other browser security headers designed to reduce the risk of common web attacks.

The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden spam-detection field; submissions that fail either check are not delivered to us. The form endpoint accepts submissions only from this website, validates every field, and rejects unreasonably large submissions.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Enquiry submissions are delivered directly to our sales team's email inbox by Resend. This website does not store enquiry submissions in a separate database — the email itself is the record, and it is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our ordinary business record-keeping.

You can ask us to delete an enquiry you have sent us at any time — see Contact Us below.

Because we do not maintain a marketing list or a customer database on this website, most requests are handled directly: email or call us at the details below to ask what information you have sent us, to correct it, or to have it deleted from our inbox.

To limit analytics tracking, you can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out tools. To avoid submitting any personal information altogether, you can reach us by phone or WhatsApp instead — see our Contact page.

This website is intended for businesses and professionals sourcing industrial shot blasting equipment and spare parts. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
