A plant is measured in hours. Hours of castings cleaned, hours of dispatch met — and hours lost when a blast wheel starts to vibrate and nobody can say why.
The failures are rarely dramatic. A machine blasts unevenly and parts come back from paint. A dust collector under-extracts and the shop fills with fines. A worn control cage quietly doubles abrasive consumption for months before anyone connects it to the invoice.
Rotoblast Engineering exists to take that risk off the production manager's desk. We engineer and manufacture the machines — tumblast, spinner hanger, table type and roller conveyor — build the blast wheels that do the work, manufacture the wear parts that keep them working, and stay on the machine through erection, commissioning, AMC, overhauling and breakdown support.
Twenty-five years and 148-plus plants later, our customers are foundries, forge shops, steel plants, railway workshops, automotive component manufacturers, fabricators and heavy engineering works across India — and increasingly manufacturers in the UAE. Different parts, one requirement: a consistent surface, on schedule, without surprises.
That is the whole business. Not a catalogue — a machine that keeps running, and a company that is still answerable for it in year seven.
